Who we are
Adria Atlantic Partners LLC ("Adria Atlantic", "we", "us") operates adria-atlantic.com. For any question about this policy or your personal information, contact djordje@adria-atlantic.com.
Information we collect
Information you provide: when you use our consultation, webinar registration, delegation application, or newsletter forms, we collect the details you enter, which may include your name, title, organization, email address, country, organization type, areas of interest, and your message.
Information collected automatically: our hosting provider records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and reliable operation of the site. This site does not use advertising cookies.
Please do not include sensitive information such as government identification or financial account numbers in any message to us.
How we use information
We use this information to respond to inquiries, evaluate mission and adviser network applications, send webinar session details to people who register, send the Corridor Briefing to people who subscribe, operate and secure the site, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
How we share information
Service providers: our site is hosted by Netlify, which also receives form submissions on our behalf. Providers process information only to deliver their services to us.
Mission and partnership coordination: if you apply to join a business mission, we may share relevant details with the host organization or delegation partner solely to coordinate your participation, and we will tell you when this applies.
Legal reasons: we may disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
The Corridor Register and delegation applications
When you register a requirement or offer, respond to one, or apply to join a delegation, we collect the organizational and contact details you provide.
The Corridor Register also accepts registrations from independent professionals. For an individual we collect the name, contact details, professional profile and prerequisite declarations you provide, and we publish only the anonymous listing sections, never your name or contact details. If you choose to sign in with LinkedIn, LinkedIn provides us your name, email address, profile picture and a member identifier, which we use to verify identity and prefill the registration; we do not post to LinkedIn on your behalf and do not access your connections. Where your email address is on an organization domain we may look up that organization's public website to prefill its name. Register entries are held for 90 days and are then re-confirmed or deleted; identity details are retained for the duration of any introduction we broker and for our compliance records.
We use them to screen your organization, including against applicable sanctions lists, to evaluate fit, to publish approved listings without identifying details, and to arrange introductions.
We share a respondent's details with a listing owner, or a listing owner's details with a respondent, only in summary form until both parties agree to an introduction. For delegations, we share participant details with meeting counterparts and host organizations only as needed to arrange the meeting program.
We keep records of submissions, responses, and introductions for as long as needed to administer the Register and to enforce the confidentiality and non-circumvention terms that apply to introductions, generally no longer than five years after our last contact with your organization.
International transfers
We are based in the United States, and information is processed in the United States. If you are located in Serbia, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, your information will be transferred to the United States, where data protection law may differ from your own.
Retention
We keep inquiry and application details for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and generally no longer than 24 months if no engagement results. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, to receive a copy of information you provided, and to withdraw consent at any time. Residents of Serbia, the EEA, and the UK may also lodge a complaint with their data protection authority; in Serbia, this is the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.
To exercise any of these rights, email djordje@adria-atlantic.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect the information we collect, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to anyone under 16.
