Advisers who work with us make written compliance commitments before taking part in any engagement.
Sanctions screening
Counterparties are screened against applicable sanctions lists before introductions are made.
Legal framework
Adria Atlantic adheres to the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, applicable U.S. export control and sanctions rules, applicable U.S. foreign agent registration requirements, and Serbian anti-corruption law.
