The U.S. and Serbia trade relationship, in data.
Official U.S. Census Bureau figures on goods trade between the two countries, updated as new data is published.
How to read these figures
Two-way goods trade more than doubled between 2019 and 2025, driven by U.S. imports from Serbia, which grew at an average of 18.6% a year. U.S. exports to Serbia peaked in 2022 and have not returned to that level.
In the first half of 2026, U.S. imports from Serbia fell 18.7% and U.S. exports rose 34.4% compared with the same months of 2025. That period coincided with repeated changes to U.S. tariffs, described in our Corridor Outlook.
Leading U.S. imports from Serbia include automobiles, tires, rubber products, and fruit. Leading U.S. exports to Serbia include aviation equipment, machinery, pharmaceuticals, medical products, and chemicals.
