Institutional partnerships

Multi-year cooperation programs for chambers and economic development agencies.

We design and operate structured, multi-year economic cooperation programs between American states and Serbia and the wider Western Balkans.

What a program includes

Programs combine partner identification across priority sectors, recurring bilateral missions, and measurement of the partnerships that actually result. The aim is a working channel between two economies that continues after any single delegation returns home.

State-level partnerships

Individual American states can build direct economic relationships with Serbia. We welcome conversations with state and local economic development agencies, world trade centers, and export councils exploring this path.

A phased model

  1. 1

    Scope and identify

We define priority sectors and identify candidate companies and institutions on both sides with real commercial interest.

  2. 2

    Match and meet

We run matchmaking and missions that test relationships through direct, prepared meetings.

  3. 3

    Sustain and measure

We maintain ongoing cooperation and report on the partnerships concluded.
