Corridor Register terms

About these terms
These terms apply to anyone who submits an opportunity to, or responds to an opportunity on, the Corridor Register (the "Register"), operated by Adria Atlantic Partners LLC ("Adria Atlantic", "we", "us"). By submitting or responding, you accept these terms on behalf of the organization you represent and confirm that you are authorized to do so.
Non-confidential information
The Register is designed for non-confidential information only. You must not include trade secrets, pricing, proprietary technical data, or any other confidential information in a submission or response. Adria Atlantic does not accept any obligation of confidentiality regarding information provided in the public fields of a submission or in a response, although we will not publish your organization's identity without your consent.
Review and publication
All submissions are reviewed before publication. Adria Atlantic may edit listing text for clarity and to remove identifying details, may decline or remove any listing at its discretion, and may close a listing before its stated deadline. Publication does not constitute an endorsement of any organization or opportunity.
Screening
Adria Atlantic screens organizations that submit or respond to opportunities, including against applicable sanctions lists, and may decline to publish a listing or to make an introduction for compliance or any other reason. Opportunities involving state-owned enterprises, government-controlled entities, or public institutions may be subject to additional review.
Introductions
Adria Atlantic shares information about respondents with listing owners only in summary form and without contact details. An introduction identifying the parties to each other is made only when both parties agree. Each introduction is recorded by Adria Atlantic.
Non-circumvention
If Adria Atlantic introduces your organization to another party through the Register, you agree not to use that introduction to engage with the other party in a way designed to avoid Adria Atlantic's involvement or any fee that applies under a written agreement between you and Adria Atlantic, for a period of twenty-four months from the date of the introduction. Any fee for an introduction is set out in a separate written agreement, and no fee is payable merely for submitting or responding to a listing.
No advice or guarantee
The Register is a means of identifying potential counterparts. Adria Atlantic does not guarantee the accuracy of any listing or response, the outcome of any introduction, or the conduct of any party, and each organization is responsible for its own due diligence, legal advice, and decisions.
Personal information
Personal information provided through the Register is handled as described in our privacy policy.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time, and the version in effect when you submit or respond will apply. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
